Yes, you need a valid visitor visa. You can get one right now and it will be valid for one year. The maximum stay on this visa is 3 months. You can apply for it here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/evisitor-651

However, be aware that unfortunately this is form the Australian government and there is no French version available.

I heard that Australia was the best country to do road-trips. Is it complicated to organise one?

Australia displays stunning landscapes and places accessible while doing road-trips. You would need time and money to plan this kind of trip. If you are not used to do road-trips, we advise you to do it in group rather than solo and let someone trustworthy to know where about you are going in the outback. If you would like to do a road-trip in WA, please let us know as we know of some invitees who will be trying to organise one and could put you in contact with them.

Would you organize a babysitter to keep an eye in the evening on the kids and organise games for them?

It will depend on the number of kids that you will tell us through the final RSVP. We will let you know. However, we are planning to have games and books available during the reception.

I saw that the ceremony will be held at church. Would you have another one at city hall?

Well… in Australia, there is only one place to hold the ceremony. We chose to hold it at the catholic church of Canningvale. It will be celebrated by Father Jean-Noel Marie. There will be no ceremony at city hall. The document that we will sign as well as the wedding registry will be legal document from the Australian government. If you want to be present when we exchange our vows, we are inviting to come to ceremony at church. Regardless of your religious beliefs, you are welcome in our church. We will be very please to see you there.
